Monash Sustainable Development Institute has developed four online learning modules on sustainability and sustainable development.

The modules examine the concepts of ‘sustainability’ and ‘sustainable development’ and help you explore:

  • The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Development of sustainability leadership
  • How businesses are engaging with the SDGs
  • The importance of developing interdisciplinary understanding
  • Collaboration skills for addressing global challenges

The modules provide interactive and engaging content that will be easily accessible to all Monash students — no matter what your discipline or background. What’s more, they’re freely available via Alexandria. The modules are self-paced and self-directed and take 60-120 minutes to complete.

They feature:
  • The Monash-Warwick alliance video collection of leading sustainable development thinkers and experts
  • Interactive quizzes, multiple choice questions and videos
